We Help Canadians Access the Benefits They're Entitled To
My Benefits Canada is a specialized DTC concierge service. We coordinate the medical documentation, tax paperwork, and CRA communication so our clients don't have to.
Making the DTC Accessible to Every Eligible Canadian
The Disability Tax Credit exists to provide meaningful financial relief to Canadians living with disabilities — yet thousands of eligible individuals never apply. The application process, particularly the T2201 form, requires precise, CRA-aligned language that many applicants and even some medical practitioners find challenging. The result is that many Canadians miss out on benefits they are entitled to, simply because the process is difficult to navigate.
We founded My Benefits Canada to bridge that gap — not only by managing applications, but by educating Canadians about the DTC and related benefits like the RDSP and Child Disability Benefit. Our team combines clinical knowledge with deep understanding of CRA's evaluation criteria to prepare thorough, accurate applications that clearly communicate eligibility. We believe that awareness is the first step: many people living with qualifying conditions do not realize they may be eligible, and we are committed to changing that.
We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisory firm. We are a specialized concierge service focused exclusively on DTC applications and related benefits. We do not provide tax advice, legal counsel, or financial planning. Our role is to coordinate the medical documentation, prepare the application using CRA-aligned functional language, and manage the submission process on your behalf.
Integrity in an Industry That Needs It
The DTC assistance industry has faced scrutiny — and rightly so. Some operators have used aggressive tactics, misleading claims, or opaque fee structures that undermine trust and harm the very people they claim to help. We believe this is unacceptable.
My Benefits Canada operates under a clear ethical framework. We comply fully with the Disability Tax Credit Promoters Restrictions Act (DTCPRA). We never guarantee outcomes — CRA makes all final eligibility determinations, and no representative can change that. We never use urgency pressure, fear-based messaging, or misleading statistics. Our fee structure is transparent: 25% of retroactive refunds only, collected after approval. If your application is not approved, you pay nothing.
We believe that ethical practice and effective service are not in conflict — they reinforce each other. A well-prepared, honest application is more likely to succeed than one built on exaggeration. Our reputation depends on doing this work correctly, and we take that responsibility seriously.
